Driving into Scotland from the south, the major arterial motorway is the A74/M74, which although busy, is generally free flowing. This in turn leads onto the M73 and then the M80, north of Glasgow, which leads to Stirling. An average journey from north of the Glasgow to this property is approximately 30 minutes.

The Sheriffmuir Road from Dunblane (or Bridge of Allan) up to Cauldhame is mostly single-track and can be prone to ice and snow in winter months. Road is not treated by local Council, so 4 x 4 vehicles may be required. Please also note that the road from Dunblane to the house goes over an old bridge with a 7.5 tonne weight limit.
