Cauldhame House, Stable Cottage & Barn Cottage can be let together, or separately (House alone sleeps 13; 17 with one cottage or 21 with both). If booking two or more properties.

Short breaks/weekends also available outwith main summer months.

Prices include electricity & oil and a starter supply of kindling & logs (if available) for the woodburner (Cauldhame House) or open fire (Stable Cottage).

All linen & towels are provided and beds made up for your arrival.

Guests are asked to arrive after 4pm on day of arrival (after 5pm in July & August) and to vacate by 10am on day of departure.

On departure please leave the house in a clean & tidy condition, as you found it upon arrival.

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit and the balance of your holiday will be due 8 weeks before the holiday date.

Dogs are charged at £20 per pet. Maximum of two dogs in each of Cauldhame House and Stable Cottage. One dog is welcome in Barn Cottage.
