Pricing, Availability and Online Booking
Cauldhame House, Stable Cottage & Barn Cottage can be let together, or separately (House alone sleeps 13; 17 with one cottage or 21 with both). If booking two or more properties, please use the Enquiry Form on the Contact page to ask about this.

Prices include electricity & oil and a starter supply of kindling & logs (if available) for the woodburner (Cauldhame House) or open fire (Stable Cottage).
All linen & towels are provided and beds made up for your arrival.
Guests are asked to arrive after 4pm on day of arrival (after 5pm in July & August) and to vacate by 10am on day of departure.
On departure please leave the house in a clean & tidy condition, as you found it upon arrival.
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of 30% deposit and the balance of your holiday will be due 8 weeks before the holiday date. Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date - full payment required.
Please note that a refundable Good Housekeeping Deposit is taken for these properties: £500 for the main house +/- the cottages, and £150 for each cottage on its own. This becomes due one week before your holiday and is refunded within the week following your stay - if everything is left in order.
Dogs are charged at £20 per pet. Maximum of two dogs in each of Cauldhame House and Stable Cottage. One dog is welcome in Barn Cottage.
Cancellation- If notice of cancellation is given not later than 8 weeks before your holiday date, you will not be liable to pay the outstanding balance, but you will lose your Deposit, unless you book an alternative week.
However, if you cancel your Holiday within 8 Weeks you will be liable to pay the balance unless we receive an alternative booking from elsewhere.
